What deposits are required?

Your deposit will depend on the outcome of your rental application review. Deposits start at $250 for a 1 bedroom, $350 for a 2 bedroom and $450 for a 3 bedroom home. Deposits will be refunded after final inspections are completed with no damages to apartment home or outstanding charges.

What is a guarantor?

A guarantor acts as a financial co-signer. A guarantor is someone who is not living in the apartment and meets the same credit and income requirements. The guarantor holds the responsibility of paying any monies owed to us, should the resident fail to.

What other fees associated with my lease?

There is a $50.00 application fee per person. The application runs the mandatory credit and background check on all prospects. One approved, there is a one-time leasing fee in the amount of $200.

What is your pet policy?

We are pet friendly with no breed restrictions up to 80 lbs. The pet fee ranges from $250-$350, and pet rent ranges from $25-45 monthly. Both pet fee and pet rent are dependent upon the age and weight of your pet.

How can I pay rent?

Your rent can be paid on your online portal, by cashier’s check, money order, or personal check.

Do you allow short-term leases?

We offer lease terms ranging from 8-13 months. For any lease term under 11 months, there are additional charges.

When can I renew my lease?

You can renew your lease at any time! Stop by or contact the leasing office today to discuss your renewal and secure your home for another year!
