Greenwich Green and Aspen Ridge are sister communities managed together, separated only by SW 34th Street. Both communities share the same amenities, floor plans, and management team — so whichever side you call home, you get the same great experience.
What costs are required prior to and at move-in?
The fees below are collected at different stages of the leasing process. At Application and Lease Signing: The $50 Application Fee is due at the time the application is submitted. The Security Deposit — $250 for a 1-bedroom, $350 for a 2-bedroom, or $450 for a 3-bedroom — is due at lease signing. At Move-In: The following are due on move-in day: $350 Leasing Fee, $5 monthly Pest Control Fee, $15 Liability Protection Fee, and first month's rent.
What parking options are available?
Parking is free and first come, first served. No assigned parking is available.

Greenwich Green and Aspen Ridge are conveniently located within a few miles of Butler Plaza, Celebration Pointe, Archer Beauty, and a variety of professional services and retail employers along the Archer Road corridor, including a US Post Office and popular businesses throughout the area.
